    Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Cayman MAC Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in Apple's product warranties. Your placement of an order at Cayman MAC Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order. 

     

    Specific product conditions

     

    iTunes codes

    • iTunes codes are non-returnable and can only be used with accounts linked to the US app and music store.
    • iTunes codes are distributed and redeemed via a FaceTime video call after payment has been received, or in person via curbside pickup.
    • You must have two devices available for the FaceTime video call (audio only is not permitted). One device is used to make the call and the second to enter the code. We must be able to view the code being entered on the second device and see the redemption confirmation.
    • Please have your picture ID and Cayman MAC Store order confirmation number on hand.
    • Please note you will be unable to scan the code. You will be provided the code one character at a time during the FaceTime video call with a member of our staff.

    Xbox/Playstation Digital Codes

    • Xbox Live and Playstation Store digital codes are non-returnable and can only be used with accounts linked to their respective US store.
    • Digital codes are distributed and redeemed via a FaceTime video call after payment has been received, or in person via curbside pickup. 
    • You must have two devices available for the FaceTime video call (audio only is not permitted). One device is used to make the call and the second is your game console. We must be able to view the code being entered on the console and see the redemption confirmation.
    • Please have your picture ID and Cayman MAC Store order confirmation number on hand.

    iPhone

    Apple now sell three regional models of iPhone – USA/Canada, China/Hong Kong/Macau and ROW (rest of the world). The iPhone models we sell are all ROW versions. If you are trying to use a sim from one of the other two regions the carrier may require special registration of the IMEI number with them as it will not be in their database of phones sold for their area. If you require more information, please contact your carrier to confirm their requirements for using this phone in their jurisdiction. Flow and Digicel are both row carriers so this iPhone will work for both. Please note only ROW iPhones can be processed for service through our authorized service center.

     

    Power Adapters for MacBook Air, MacBook and MacBook Pro

    Apple power adapters are designed to work with specific computers. See this article for more information on choosing the correct one. 

     

    In-ear headphones

    Due to health reasons, once opened, in-ear headphones cannot be exchanged or refunded. Non-functioning in-ear headphones can be claimed under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we can assist with this process on your behalf.

     

    iPhone cases

    All iPhone cases will only work with specific phone listed in its description. To learn about your iPhone, go to settings/general/about to determine the model you have.

     

    iPad cases

    All iPad cases will only work with specific phone listed in its description. To learn about your iPad, go to settings/general/about to determine the model you have.

     

    Logitech, Targus, Llinksys and D-Link products

    This product is sold as is. In accordance with the manufacturer’s customer support policies, this product must be returned to them at your expense for testing. This applies to defective or warranty placed replacements. We can assist you in filing your claim. The replacement will be sent to your local address. No exchanges or refunds on this product.

     

    Fitbit trackers

    Due to the volume of Android devices the Cayman MAC Store is unable to confirm which Android devices are fully compatible with the Fitbit fitness trackers. Fitbit has provided a support page (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2322) which allows you to search for compatible devices that have been fully tested with the Fitbit. If your device does not appear in the list provided you may have issues syncing your device and/or experience limited functionality. Please note Android devices that can sync with the Fitbit app may still have limited functionality as stated on Fitbit compatibility site.

    As an authorized Apple reseller, we can confirm that all devices beyond the iPhone 6 have been fully tested with the Fitbit app and should have full functionality. For the list of fully tested devices please visit https://www.fitbit.com/us/technology/compatible-devices. If your device does not show on the list you may need additional support from Fitbit’s live chat which is available 24 hours to troubleshoot specific issues. Please note devices cannot be returned due to compatibility issues if the device is tested and full functionality can be confirmed on a fully tested Apple iOS device. If a defect is confirmed with the Fitbit device then the standard manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

     

    Bose items

    Bose products carry a manufacturer’s warranty to repair or replace from their repair facility in Puerto Rico. The Bose app should be downloaded to keep your device up to date as these updates can resolve some issues experienced when using Bose products. We are able to process Bose products sold by us for repair or replacement at no cost to you. However, you will have to wait for the repaired/product to come back which may take several weeks.

     

    General conditions

     

    • Cayman MAC Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current Apple products and select third-party products which are designed to work with your Apple product. Please do your own research to confirm that the product we sell will work with a non-Apple device, as we cannot ensure this is always the case. 
    • All products sold by Cayman MAC Store include a manufacturers limited warranty. Consequently Cayman MAC Store does not provide an express or implied warranty for the products themselves. Please refer to the product warranty section of our website for further information.
    • Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of purchase. Cayman MAC Store reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at Cayman MAC Store at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the Store website. 
    • Cayman MAC Store is not responsible for typographical errors. Cayman MAC Store reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Cayman MAC Store website concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
    • Cayman MAC Store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at Cayman MAC Store at any time.
    • Cayman MAC Store may make changes to any products or services offered at Cayman MAC Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the Cayman MAC Store with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Cayman MAC Store makes no commitment to update the information provided at Cayman MAC Store with respect to such products and services.
    • Cayman MAC Store reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to Cayman MAC Store, or to any portion of Cayman MAC Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change Cayman MAC Store, or any portion of Cayman MAC Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of Cayman MAC Store, or any portion of Cayman MAC Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
    • To the extent permitted by law, all sales at Cayman MAC Store are governed by Cayman Islands law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
    • No Cayman MAC Store sales agent has the authority to vary any of Cayman MAC Store policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
    • If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy, so that the policies shall remain in full force and effect.
    • Cayman MAC Store’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by Cayman MAC Store of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between Cayman MAC Store and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.
    • These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
