Woburn III has an even wider soundstage than its predecessor and, as the largest speaker in the home line-up, it brings the heaviest sound. This generation of Woburn has been re-engineered with a new three-way driver system, with a lower-tuned and more powerful 6" woofer in a bass-reflex cabinet, two 3/4" tweeters and the addition of two 2" midrange drivers.
This updated system delivers greater clarity in the midrange, crisp treble and more controlled bass that is so low it nearly reaches the lowest frequency perceivable by the human ear. Angled tweeters and updated waveguides have been added to deliver a consistently solid sound that is so wide it chases you around the room.

The all-new Placement Compensation feature corrects for any nearby reflective surfaces that may affect the sound and, since our perception of frequency changes according to the sound level, built-in Dynamic Loudness adjusts the tonal balance of the sound - this ensures your music sounds brilliant at every volume.
