This Z27xs G3 employs IPS Oxide panel technology, a 60 Hz refresh rate, a 14 ms response time, and more. The IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel affords wide viewing angles of 178°, so content can be viewed from almost any direction, while a refresh rate of 60 Hz means that the display refreshes 60 times per second for smoother motion. A response time of 14 ms means color changes will be virtually imperceptible. Lastly, coverage for 99% of the sRGB and 95% of the P3 D65 gamuts delivers a wider color space and more lifelike images.
HP's Z27xs G3 has been built using an anti-glare panel, a native resolution of 3840 x 2160, 10-bit (8-bit + 2 FRC) support for 1.07 billion colors, a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio, a static contrast ratio of 1300:1, 600 cd/m2 brightness that drives VESA DisplayHDR 600, a 3H hardness rating, 163 ppi, one HDMI 2.0 input, one DisplayPort 1.4 input, one DisplayPort 1.4 output, one 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port that supports 100W of power and DisplayPort 1.4, one 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port that supports data only and power up to 15W, and three 5 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports. To further help improve viewing and accessibility, the display features a vertical tilt of -5 to 20°, a swivel of ±45°, a ±90° pivot, a height adjustment of 5.9", and can be mounted to a 100 x 100mm VESA thread using an included bracket. The display also features a joypad to switch between color presets, plus an attachment point for a Z Display G3 Conferencing Speaker Bar for stereo-quality audio and dual mics.
